3.3. If a product is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and a refund request will be initiated. For paid orders, the refund will be processed directly to your debit/credit card or online account, with the funds appearing in your card or bank account within 7 to 21 working days from the date of the refund request. No refunds will be issued for Cash On Delivery (COD) payments, as we have not received any payment.

Your shipping address and pin code will be verified against the Decor Story database before payment. If your order cannot be serviced by our delivery partners or vendors, or if your location is not within our coverage area, we will request an alternate shipping address that our delivery partner/vendor can accommodate. We will not be responsible for non-delivery of products to areas not covered by Decor Story. In cases of multiple orders in one transaction, we will attempt to ship all products together, but this may not always be possible.
